I am the first to admit that when I buy a book I want to know what's in it. As enticing as the title Beadalicious sounds, I want to show you that the projects in the book are just as juicy and fabulous as the title. I've added recipes to go along with the projects as well because we can't just live by bead alone.

Rasberry and Banana Shake Recipe
1 c frozen rasberries
1 banana
1 1/4 cup plain yogurt
2-3 T honey
3-4 ice cubes
Directions: Blitz all ingredients in a blender until well blended. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Yum.
